The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately the bedsheets were not washed. There were dirty water stains on the sheets. It was gross and disgusting. The toilet bowl was also not cleaned properly. The check-in process was slow because the staff couldn't find my online booking. The staff were also unfriendly.

Located near Aeon tebrau with 5 min drive, and 15 min to Mount Austin. Overall clean room but some strands of hair and dust on side of bed frame, bed sheet and towel also has stain. Pillow is too soft.

The hotel was clean, cozy, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. My room was quiet and well-equipped, perfect for a relaxing stay. Although there was no breakfast, everything else made up for it. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it.

This executive room is bigger and cleaner (cleaner is just my personal opinion). The rooms are basic, minimal (as the name suggest) yet cozy, though the soundproofing could be improved, as some noise from the corridor was audible in certain rooms. While the hotel isn’t within walking distance to large malls, it’s quite conveniently located with a few coffee shops, convenience stores, and eateries just a 3-5 minute walk away. The hotel is also about a 30-minute taxi or Grab ride from City Square JB, making it accessible to major attractions. Overall, a solid option for those who value a good location and comfortable stay.

First day i reached , didnt gv me access card . once i reached inside hotel - its very clean . But , dun hv towel . I bene busy full day, just need a bath. So, i call hotel for sent over . Yes, luckily they hv. Night time when i prepare for sleep, i found out my hotel dun hv any water bottle😂. There is a lot of things dun hv. Luckily, i bring my own bottle and refill by myself at ground floor. Night time - is very noisy. The sound proof no nice , not recommend for light sleeper . Last day when i order grabfood , just need a pair of spoon and fork. Front desk informed me they didnt provide , and ask me go to beside shop to borrow. And he told me that got a small spoon for coffee purpose inside room. BUT, i go back and check my room didnt have . front desk told me if dun have , then means ady lost and no have any more . Cannot request. End up , when i back to my room, i saw another hotel front desk, i ask him and he immediately took for me . Thanks u for his polite service But , i wish to say that this is a terrible service i had . NO MORE NEXT TIME .

The room is small ,bed are not comfort to sleep well for the few day . The pillow cover is white but the are yellowish . Change it on the first time also same . i think maybe they didnot use the bleach . The lobby are good . The room lighting is good bright and white light . The toilet are clean at all . When i step into the room first time there have smelly i have try to request to top up money for upgrade the room or change others room option . But the hotel's managment there said it are fully booking for the few days and i am booking at the apps here so very hardly to change it . Maybve there will accept by walk in . If have next time 訂房網站 i will never stay this hotel again . That is my experience . But it is cheap price for the hotel but i cant sleep well at night .

The hotel mentioned can keep luggage before check in but your luggage just put besides counter of reception area only. At first check in required to pay cash for deposit. If do not have cash can walk to the nearer petrol station got ATM machine. The reception area got free water dispenser to get free drink water. The room overall ok.
